INSTRUCTIONS

PROJECT 2: DATA COLLECTION
We had another meeting to discuss Project 2: Data Collection. I found some references on how the data collection is presented, from our seniors.

After that, we note down the type of data collection we could do [online] since we aren't able to make it physically and our topic isn't seen much in Malaysia. We made a list of things we could do to collect data about cosplay, in our Google Documents. Our data collection was mainly secondary research because we couldn't go to other places so we had to find existing information through the internet.

We each split parts to do individually for the data collection because it was near Chinese New Year and everyone is mostly busy. I set certain deadlines for us to complete our research and gather our slides together before we present them in the recording.

After completing our data collection we moved on to the data analysis, which is a summary of our findings. In this phase, we are all independently doing our own tasks since this project takes place during Chinese New Year. To finish off our slides for Data Collection we included a conclusion that summarises our whole research as well as the final outcome [possibilities].

We did a voting session to pick from the 5 ideas on which artifact is suitable and appropriate to present as our final outcome for this continuous project. The first idea "Designing Cosplay Costumes" had many votes compared to the rest. While the second "Portrait Painting" and third "Create Doll Cosplay" ideas had a few votes.

Before moving on to building up our final outcome, I wanted to check with Mr Asrizal if our five ideas especially the first idea are alright before starting the Final Outcome progress.

FEEDBACK
By: Mr Asrizal
"The idea is too direct. You could try and brainstorm other ideas but it must relate back to your main objective."
